8. You will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or if BCF has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of BCF, BCF has the right to indefinitely suspend, limit or withdraw your access to the Site and/or your membership of the Site.
9. BCF also reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed / unverified accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time.
10. Any payment transaction on this website is protected by the Arab African International Bank, VISA and Master Card.
11. Any purchase order is expected to be sent within 15 working days of the purchase unless otherwise specified. If for any reason the order takes more than the specified time please contact us at info@barcelonacairofans.com

13. Delivery charges will apply according to the prices specified on our website.
14. No warranties are given for any product or service on our website and no refunds. We only provide an exchange policy if in the same condition as purchased. If the purchased item was destroyed by any means, washing, tear, worn, shrinking, expanding or in any other form it will not be exchanged.
15. Before finalizing a purchase you must be very careful to have the correct size and review the size charts provided due to the no refund policy only exchange. Once you submit your order and pay it will fall under the no refund only exchange policy.
16. Any misuse of the membership card provided by Barcelona Cairo Fans or the Penya of FCBarcelona will automatically suspend your membership.
17. Membership will be terminated on the expiry date unless a renewal request is sent and new annual payment is paid.
Exchange & Refund Policy:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Within fourteen days from receiving the commodity – you are entitled to exchange or return it and receive a refund without any additional cost if it was defective or didn’t conform to the specifications or purpose of use agreed upon. In such cases and pursuant to the consumer’s demand, BCF shall exchange the commodity or accept it back against a cash refund without any additional cost other than the delivery cost.
Exchange:
· You have 14 days to exchange an item from the date you receive it.
· To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
· Your items must be in the original packaging.
· BCF is not responsible to exchange or refund the purchased item if during those 14 days it was damaged, washed, torn or destroyed in any matter. BCF will exchange or refund only factory defects, if any, and the items must be in the condition it was received in.
· Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase or printed confirmation e-mail.
· You must specify the item or size you would like to exchange it with.
· You will have to bear the delivery charges for the return and resending of the new exchanged item.
Refunds:
· You have 14 days, from the date you receive it, to refund an item if it was defective or didn’t conform to the specifications or purpose of use agreed upon.
· To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
· Your items must be in the original packaging.
· BCF is not responsible to exchange or refund the purchased item if during those 14 days it was damaged, washed, torn or destroyed in any matter. BCF will exchange or refund only factory defects, if any, and the items must be in the condition it was received in.
· Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase or printed confirmation e-mail.
· You will have to bear the delivery charges for the return and resending of the new exchanged item.
· BCF will investigate the case and refund the amount cash if the case was eligible for a refund.
Electronic Communications
When using our website, you agree that we may communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site or by calling you or sending phone messages. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. BCF received your agreement when you register to send you promotional emails or messages to let you know about any new changes, features or promotional activities added to the Site. If, at any time, you decide that you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you can opt out of receiving such promotional emails by sending us an email with your request.

Termination
In addition to any legal or equitable remedies, BCF may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and governed by laws in force in Egypt. Each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts and to waive any objection based upon venue.
